Should a cancellation be necessary, a 24 hour notice is required to give others the opportunity to enjoy our services.
After 1 missed appointment, the next missed one will be billed to you for 50% of scheduled services, to compensate our stylists for the time they reserved for you.

At the time of checkout, payment for your services can be made with check, cash or credit card.
In order to ensure quality of service, it is at the discretion of the stylist to forfeit your scheduled appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.
